Pegasus InfoCorp Pvt Ltd. launches a bug tracking system (BTS)/ Project tracking system (PTS) for providing support to clients as per incoming requests based on their priorities.
Each of our clients has an email account to the BTS or PTS. Clients come across these bugs while using or testing their online sites. The details of these bugs are then mailed directly to the BTS/PTS. This has been configured to prevent the confusion of a middle man checking mails. Clients can also send in screen shots or text files or images of the spotted bugs to the BTS. The details should contain the status defining the bug as critical, high, medium, low or not prioritized, where, when and who i.e. where the bug was spotted, when was it spotted and which client spotted it.
The project tracking system has an in built admin panel and bug identifier. The admin panel is accessed by respective personnel at Pegasus InfoCorp Pvt. Ltd. They check the authenticity of the bug and maintain tickets containing the details of the bug. The personnel get the bugs resolved according to its status. Accordingly a mail is then sent to the client.
