The Mundra Port (also known as the Gujarat Adani Port Ltd.) is the largest privately developed and managed port in India. It is at the forefront of path breaking infrastructure developments, and leverages the powers of modern technology and advanced management techniques to represent itself as a world - class port. It is a Joint Sector port between the Govt. of Gujarat (India) and the $3.5 billion Adani group (FY 2005).
Pegasus InfoCorp is building the complete front end website and backend online software supporting the Mundra Port vortal. The complex sitemap is supported by a powerful backend that allows customization of the complete front end down to the finest detail. This online software pulls information from the current offline IT software infrastructure at the Port - the PMS (Port Management Systems). Customers and business partners logged on to the portal have access to various sensitive information specific to their needs (updated on a daily/ hourly basis) which includes dry/ liquid cargo information, vessel/ tidal information and customer management modules.
Down the line, we will be building on several advanced features in this corporate vortal which would include Interactive Responses, Virtual Tours, Video on Demand (for registered customers) and Panaromic Views of various sections of the port.
