EmptyLegMarket.com is a last minute jet travel booking site. The site's goal is to create a transparent marketplace for the fragmented industry of selling last minute unsold seats on private jets. The site provides an easy to use tool that allows customers to easily identify the best options and values for private jet travel, which in turn allows jet operators to more fully utilize their jets. Pegasus InfoCorp worked with the client for the development of this online marketplace.
Empty Leg Market offers site visitors the option of searching through different private jets, with last minute unsold flight tickets, between any two destinations. Jet Operations / Agents login to the site and specify availability on their different flights. Several advanced custom built software options are provided to them, including star ratings of different flights, expiry dates of flights/ renewals and airport codes/ names options. The flight search for the site user is AJAX driven, and pulls real time options of airport names based on letters typed in by visitors. The site administrator and jet operators/ agents get statitical reports on the number of listings, sales etc
