New services introduced: Web design and software consultancy, upgradation and integration, and maintenance and support, among others

Pegasus InfoCorp has recently introduced new services to cater to the diverse and growing requirements of clients.

For our start up clients (or for established corporates that are venturing into the website or web based software domain for the first time), we have recently revamped our online strategy and consultancy service. This is now delivered to clients as a standard process by our system analysts and technical managers. Our huge experience across industry verticals in the web domain helps us provide consultancy to our clients. In such projects, we also build detailed software requirement specifications (SRS) for our clients. For advanced/ extended consultancy projects, we also provide on site client discussions to understand business processes and build key screenshot wireframes as part of this process.

For mid sized clients that are established in the web industry over 4+/5+ years, or for larger scale clients who have been in the Internet domain for 10+ years, we have recently seen a growing demand for services in our 'upgradation and integration' work domain. This has now been formalized with standard processes for upgradation requirements on existing clients websites/ codes, or integration with third party software APIs, or revamping of the site from a search engine optimization (SEO) perspective.We have also further formalized our maintenance and support service to cater to the requirements of our clients who are looking at various website/ software support options.

We have also formally introduced several domain specific practices - in flash and interactive web media, rich internet applications, AJAX applications programming and search engine marketing. On an ongoing basis, we will keep introducing services to meet our client requirements, and improvising our delivery processes in each vertical to exceed industry standards and our own standards of excellence!
