A research doctor in the UK, with a vast experience in the medical
research field, was looking for a web development partner to develop
an audit management software application that would help him manage
medical audits online. The client envisioned a medical audit research
site that would be the first of its kind on the web. The client
was interested in a NIH / NLM website to search for all medical
research papers published by doctors, globally. The main aim of
the project was a portal through which doctors could publish and
search for clinical ‘audits’ conducted in hospitals, across the
globe.
The client sent in an enquiry to Pegasus InfoCorp along with a detailed requirements document with the specifications for the medical website design. After several months of discussions, based on the requirements document and the overall plans and goals that the client had set for the project, the client selected Pegasus InfoCorp for the clinical audits management software design and development.
Pegasus InfoCorp has built several interesting features for the site. We have worked on features such as ‘Audit Submissions’, ‘Audit Administrations’, ’Popular Audits’, ‘Latest Audits’, ‘Advertisements’, ‘Bulk Audit Imports’ etc. We have developed the site on the .Net Platform using SQL server for the backend database.
As part of the next phase, the client has planned few other interesting features such as ‘Audit Feedback’, ‘Discussion Forums’, ‘Audit Metrics’, ‘Subscription Services’, ‘Customized Audits for Hospitals’ etc that would help further in adding value to the site.
The client was very happy with the overall outcome of the site and the different features built for the medical software solution. We look forward to continue working on such projects and to continue expanding our knowledge and expertise in the medical software domain.
