ARGUMENTS
node
target node where selected processes are running
sflags
selection method - See rpstate(2).
svalue
selection matching value, if required, otherwise ignored
signum
signal number, defined in <lam_ksignal.h> - See lam_ksignal(2).
ERRORS
ENOTPROCESS
A specific process was selected but it does not exist.
EINVAL
The signal number is invalid.
