Job Description
- Analyze, propose, and develop solutions for technical problems that impact multiple teams
- Design, plan, and develop programs to optimally extract, transform, and load data from data sources to the target systems
- Diagnose and resolve database performance issues
- Develop & manage templates for in-site editing and for content delivery using Modular page design strategy (using multiple pagelets)
- Provide development coding and support to products under development
- Conduct data analysis and assist team with complex ad-hoc queries
- Collaborate with other team members to carry out the project requirements and deliverables on time with quality in an Agile delivery mode
- Mentor junior staff technically
- Provide technical guidance to global development teams
Required Skill Sets
- Worked/knowledge on cross system integration with Oracle Applications
- Define the required Oracle patch level
- Oracle DB (PL/SQL, Java) development experience as well as Data modeling experience
- Knowledge of Advanced Replication
- Experience with PERL and PL/SQL
- Experience over Sites Navigation, Administration and linking
- Proficient in JSP Development
- Proficient in Core Java development
- Experience in database security or encryption
- Experience with Database migration, installation, upgrades and patching
- Experience with Scrum/Agile Development Processes
- Trouble shooting / debugging skills
- Analytic experience over sites
Interpersonal Skills
- Can work with different individuals in a constructive manner to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, supervisors and colleagues

- Good verbal and non-verbal communication along with good at decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
Educational Qualification
B.E., BTech, Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred
