Pegasus InfoCorp builds applications for two of the world's largest websites and Fortune 500 companies
Pegasus InfoCorp is proud to announce that it has been chosen as a partner for website and application development by
two of the world's largest websites. Both of these are Fortune 500 companies and have independantly chosen Pegasus
InfoCorp for enhancing their websites and building browser based applications. Each of these Fortune 500 companies are
well known internet brands and are among the most visited websites globally.
For the first Internet major, Pegasus InfoCorp has signed a three year umbrella software development agreement, under which Pegasus InfoCorp will deliver several software projects for their live websites as individual independant projects.
The multilayer due deligence process for partner selection included technical and design capabilities, past projects
and clients, infrastructure and delivery processes. The design, software and security standards were to match those
followed by their in-house development team based in the famed Silicon Valley, California. Currently, Pegasus InfoCorp is developing
an advanced and highly scaleable web based merchandising tool which will integrate with the live site and pull information
using the site's APIs. This will help strategically position and push products on the live website based on customer
feedback and research
Selection of Pegasus InfoCorp by the second Internet major has occured within a few months of being selected by the other company.
Conforming to their exacting standards involved a two month long selection process and several discussions with key
people across departments. Pegasus InfoCorp came out tops on most of their shortlisting criteria such as technical and
design capabilities, security, delivery process, infrastructure, coding standards, etc. Since this application is being
developed for their internal finance department, several meetings were also conducted with the senior finance personnel.
Pegasus InfoCorp is in the process building a browser based software that will use a redirection and verification process
through this company's current internal system and integrate with their MIS. The software will be used for forecasting,
costing and calculating revenues/ costs/ profits of their internal finance department across their external partners and
circles within each partner.
