Pegasus InfoCorp undertakes the agile development methodology for delivering on specific projects worldwide
Till date, Pegasus InfoCorp has delivered on projects worldwide using the waterfall delivery method.
This has been the most widely used development and delivery model for websites and software development projects -
by small scale companies and industry majors with SEI-CMM 5 certifications or higher. Pegasus InfoCorp has
successfully delivered on projects using this methods and has well established inhouse proceses to deliver
as per this model.
Now, Pegasus InfoCorp will also be delivering as per the agile development process
(see Agile Software Development,
Agile Manifesto and
Extreme Programming) for the delivery of website and browser based software development projects.
In response to the evolving needs of its clients, Pegasus InfoCorp has adopted this development process and framework
for one of it's Australian clients to deliver a blogging system on the Moodle framework. This project aims at customizing
the Moodle platform for building educational courses in a blog format for this e-learning
website. As per the agile development process, Pegasus InfoCorp will be allocating small teams to work with clients on a
regular basis with weekly task schedules, rather than pre-specified project deliverables.
Down the line, Pegasus InfoCorp will continue delivering on the widely accepted waterfall method,
but will also deliver as per the agile development method, if required by clients.
